BOMwatch is operated by Tim Stevens Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales ("we", "us"). Contact: hello@getbomwatch.com.
BOMwatch connects to your Xero organisation to monitor component stock levels, calculate Build-to-Stock limits from your Bill of Materials, and (where enabled) automatically post stock-deduction records to your Xero when you sell products. The service is provided on a subscription basis with a free trial.
When you enable automatic stock sync, you authorise BOMwatch to read sales invoices in your Xero organisation and to create stock-deduction invoices (zero-value sales invoices against a dedicated "BOMwatch Sync" contact). You can disable this at any time in Settings. We recommend you review the postings during your trial and satisfy yourself they suit your bookkeeping before relying on them. You (or your accountant) remain responsible for your accounting records.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Support is provided by email at hello@getbomwatch.com.
BOMwatch is a monitoring and automation aid; it does not replace your own stock control, purchasing judgement, or accounting responsibilities. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for business losses (including lost profits, production downtime, or stock-outs) arising from use of, or inability to use, the service, and our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the subscription fees you paid in that period. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy. You can disconnect BOMwatch from your Xero organisation at any time from within Xero (Settings → Connected apps) or by contacting us.
We may update these terms; material changes will be notified by email or in the product with at least 30 days' notice. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or misuse the service. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
